Tuition & Fees
At Forge 28 Academy we strive to provide high-quality arts education with a clear and straightforward tuition structure. Here you'll find important details regarding tuition, fees, and payment policies. Please review these carefully to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
A non-refundable fee of $35 per student or $50 per family is due upon registration.
All tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file unless an alternate method is arranged before the 1st. All tuition payments are non-refundable.
45 min class - $75
60 min class - $100
90 min class - $120
Tuition is based on a 10-month year (September–June) and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of classes in a given month.
Students remain enrolled in their classes and will continue to be charged monthly unless a withdrawal request is submitted via email to academy@forge28studios.com
A $15 administrative late fee will be applied every two weeks for overdue payments.

Payable in two installments
We offer a 10% discount on multiple class enrollment and sibling enrollment.
Note: Some classes, such as Culinary Arts, and Ceramics may have adjusted pricing due to materials and instructor costs, and are not included in available discounts.
POLICIES
At Forge 28 Academy we are committed to fostering a positive and structured learning environment. Consistent attendance, proper class placement, and adherence to studio policies help ensure the best experience for all students.
We appreciate your cooperation in creating a supportive and disciplined learning environment!
Regular attendance is essential for the class to progress smoothly as a group.
Students with minor injuries or ailments are encouraged to attend and observe.
Missing mandatory rehearsals may result in role adjustments or revocation.
To withdraw from a class during the year, please email academy@forge28studios.com
We follow the Warwick Valley Central School District calendar for weather-related closures and delays
Make-up classes will be arranged on a case by case basis. If you have any questions please reach out to academy@forge28studios.com
There are no refunds for missed classes or workshops.
Students may use the lounge areas for relaxation and homework but are not permitted to leave the building without permission.
